That sounds like a You Problem... Today Barb and I tried out cursed Halo. Between D20 Frags and guns that shoot anything from pee to unloaded textures, there are a lot of things that could definitely go wrong... But at least in these first few missions we didn't find the main reason we could actually get demonetised...

Assuming that's the new updated cursed halo than there is also tool guns that can drop from the D20's. Said tool guns will have a description on their screen as to what they do. If you get the one that says "Crash" it's more of a dare for you to fire that thing.
