Exactly!!! That's where he failed. Had he taken admission into IIM and completed a course in Management, he would have understood the principles of management, corporate governance and much more. He skipped every important principle to find the shortcut for success and failed miserably. Even when he had time to fix things, he never gave up his position in his company. He kept appointing the closest people in his circle in the Executive positions and kept losing investors. If he had given up, he would have lost his shares in the company, the new CEO would have changed the brand name too, that would have erased Byju's name from the future of that company but the company would have survived. They really had good products for digital education which were w-i-p and it would have been India's success if the company did well here and around the world. It's greed that destroyed things for him.

Very true....He hired SRK as brand ambassador who was a parent of a druggie , so to speak a failed parent, which sent a very wrong message, the brand got a hit. I then predicted that byjus will get into trouble. I wrote to Raveendran about this and for 2 days they stopped this SRK adv. But then they started it again. Therefore it's very true that had he done his course at IIM , he would have done it better.

Hi, my name is Surendra verma , i have worked in Buyjus in 2022 April, May and June and July. I was exhausted while working in there. They pay good salary but i have lie all the time to the parents and kids. When I complaint about parents queries my manager always daud that you don't need to talk with previous customers and you should cut the call if anyone complain. I was exhausted to say sorry and lying daily. I quit the job because i wasn't happy while working.

There are not only byju's there are many more who do that type of frauds. At the time of course selling they tell you we have provide best ever education. There course selling counsellors make many false promise they tell you if you buy this course at this time you don't need to pay any taxes and you can easily get refund your money. Once you buy course and see their policies it is different that counselor told you. When you try to refund your money they don't refund your money and force you to continue their courses.

I realised everything within one or one and half month but by that time the refund window closed. Now I am thinking that I have no way to come out of it so accepted it and learnt many things from this kind of indirect fraud and 5months emi left. But my 62k money went in vein.

Madam/Sir..I have purchased the course for UPSC six months ago from Byjus, then my consular Jaspal Singh who is from Rajasthan, he sold the course to me, and today six months have passed for my course term and conditions. Till now books and material have not arrived, and when I complained by mail to byjus company there is no reply, I have mailed 7-8 times, and the i was course purchased for Rs. 40000/- in which I paid 7 thousands in advance. And the remaining monthly installment of Rs 2750 was made, and and paid to emi regular but for this reason that today I did not pay the EMI in this month. I called the finance department and told them my problem and send them a copy of the mail. They also stopped calling and my consular Mr. Jaspal Singh is telling lies after lies and no one from your company is replying, I have evidence too your company complain copy and calle record and If your company does not respond within 15 days...

The main reason for failure is they generate the revenue on day one and give service for future in next 5-10 years. They booked revenue and didn't think to give service in next 8-10 years without any revenue. But in school they generate revenue on every year, if they provide the monthly revenue from parents with giving load to parents on day one
