women safety/....for long term ... we need better education ... and we need to develop a learning capability in our people... when they are educated and want to learn something new...not just crime against women goes down even all crimes would be lower.. and when their brain is busy in learning new things ..they really don't have time to think about such crimes....it's our empty brain which needs work always and if we keep it empty it will start thinking such crimes ...

I am liking share my view on the article written about the punishment for rape cases, As article says public lynching will not reduce the rape cases in India! I would like counter that statement Bcz once the rules are made and action has been taken in today's world of social media every single person will be aware of the seriousness and at least 8 out of 10 people may resist their lust feeling thinking about public hanging or throwing Stones. I can give a small example of my college where bunking a class will be known to parents through messages and my friends studied in the near by college where that was not the case , they used to often bunk class for no reason and we did not , it doesn't mean our college students are well behaved than them bcz it was that rules stopped us bunking unnecessary .

Ans- Cases of sexual offences against women are increasing day by day there is no reduction according to current reports. Various measures are taken to improve women safety such as 1- Strong deterrent against rape and violence set up by government and civil society by reforming laws ,better policing and fast track courts . 2- Convection against rape and violence should be strong to deliver fast justice to victim. According to NCRB report only 25% of rape cases are getting convicted in courts. So it needed to be strengthened by smart policing ,investigation, medical proof etc. 3- Fight against patriarchal society and home and raise their voice against any inhumane behaviour. 4- More awarness at school and colleges about rape ,law etc . Eg : Life skill training program to educate and trained girls for self protection against any misconduct. 5- Gender sensitivity towards female should be increased by informing and educating everyone to respect and protect girls.

In recent few years in India number of brutal rape crime happen. 1 rape in delhi in 2012,2 rape in hydrabad in 2019. Moving not only towards suggestion we consider both place of rape and their solution. 1 at home - In india most the rape is happen in home and this is performed by the near relative (uncle,brother,neighbour. In such condition A-we(as a parent)need to build trust among our children so they talk freely to us. B-Give him a quality of education and build the power to oppose if this type of misbehavior is performed by the relative. 2 In office -Office is a place where a number of rape happened . to many reason like promotion in job , to save job and other. In such condition A - to start a separate dedicated office under the highest authority and if the complaint came in this office then take a strong stand against that person by the authority without reviling his /her name. in such situation other one also get some amount of power to refuse against this type of crime. 3.public place -public places has now became the place where the eve teaching and rape crime happened regularly . Recently a hydrabad woman is raped and murder. In such condition A - Government came in front to place cctv camera at every public place and their direct cast to police control room and the district magistrate office.due to this the control room direct connect to traffic police and police patrolling van . recently the accused of rape and murder of hyderabad woman is identified through the cctv footage. Now if the complaint came in judiciary then judiciary has to fix at most 6 month for hearing any rape case and divide this six month into three branch .first three month in lower court if the accused is not happy with the verdict then next 2month for high court and again he/she is not happy with verdict then one month for supreme court and at each level the punishment is double to the previous verdict. In school and college provide a quality of education towards respecting and protecting the women. also we need to teach our children to start refusing crime against him. In field of technology the mobile company came with a panic bottom in mobile handset and this panic bottom is directly connected with nearest police control room and immediately help is provided to the victim. evaluate and suggest mark in 15

Increase in women's education causes increase in setting employment opportunities of own, thereby results in positive effect of standing on their own. But it also invited number of sexual assaults against them though not confined to working women but mainly constrained to. In the society where men and women are not treated equally, the exceptation to respect women is unpathetic. However nothing can be left as it is and it needs a comprehensive solution. Some of the measures are: 1. Education is the basic thing not only to understand reality but also to respect the reality. 2. Society need to be reformed. Though it sounds big but every family not with a narrow perspective about women society could contribute greatly. 3. Teaching girls and adults possible defensive arts to defend themselves. 4. Making policies more conducive for ensuring women's safety. For eg: Not keeping alcohol shops near schools colleges and office centres. 5. Strict penal action against accused immediately which could act as a deterrent effect. 6. Make the accused and his punishments to the public as this will aware people. 7. Making use of Iot in providing safety facilities like applications like kaavalan.

I have critical concern to make here ; i understand that everything mentioned in the video isn't a personal opinion but a result of collective consciousness and critical factual review but I beg to differ on the fact that Patriarchy exists in our modern society. It is considerably awful to deny the fact that "Men are not judged in a Patriarchy", this is false, no matter how you look at it. Certainly, in any patriarchy men are by default supposed to be the bread earners and women to be the house keepers. None of the crucial jobs can be put one over the other. There can never be a heirarchy in household chores; dinner is as important as breakfast.Also,completely denying the rights of Men isn't justice ; it would simply an act of reverse discrimination. As far as the rape culture is considered, the potentially greater cause could the lack of "sex education" in our curriculae.

Cheap internet helps students from remote areas to get access to good quality education via internet,, and provides opportunities to learn more,,. One question to all,, on the one hand, government wants to improve the quality of education and launches useless programs, on the other hand,, what was the major and the most important means to get access to good quality education (internet) has been made out of reach for the students from rural areas,,. The hefty fine imposed on Telecom companies by the Supreme Court will now be paid out of the pockets of common people of India. What an irony that recently Kerala High Court had declared the access to Internet as a basic right but the government is trying hard to snatch away internet from people. During elections i think i committed a blunder by voting for BJP☹️☹️,, i judged the book by its cover😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The data and telecom services were priced at lowest in India and all the telecoms were running in loss. It was just a matter of time for the prices to go up. The supreme court decision shortened that "matter of time". BJP got no role to play other than improving and making BSNL more competitive to avoid duopoly or monopoly in the strategically important telecom sector.

@@shuklaalok7 i agree to the fact that telecom companies were running into losses because of the low prices they were charging from the customers but If we want to give access to internet to common people and reach to the remotest areas then internet needs to be provided at a low price cuz our common rural indian population can't afford even this much increase,, and in order to provide avenues to education,, can't government do it rather than launching schemes that do not reach to the targeted public. And if i am wrong at this point, then why Mr. Kejriwal is going to provide free internet,, 🤔🤔can't they being the citizens of National capital territory afford internet???? 🤔🤔🤔
