I have gigabyte windforce 4070ti and I am not getting it's waterblock ,can you tell me what to do in this case, can I use any other brands compatible block since the screw placing and mosfet and vrm placing are almost same in many cards I can do some diy stuff to companciale the perfection of the block

Bro listen 56 degrees on a watercooled gpu is way too high And i can tell you why U have to use the thermal pads that came with the Waterblock cuz the original pads have different thickness so therefore u dont have the right mounting pressure Switch the inner pads and you should get much better temps Allways use the stuff that came with the product
@sargentpeppers242 жыл бұрын
yeah I already posted in the description that I swapped the pads out

@@GGozzMontanelas yess sorry. I've been away from youtube a bit lol. I normally don't break 50c now but mind you I do have another gpu in my loop as well as my cpu. Cheers!

PCB seems the same as the 3070 non-TI version. Is it compatible with non-TI?
@sargentpeppers242 жыл бұрын
I would think so but I cant say for sure.

Hey mate, got this same gpu. What’s the block like now a year later? Any issues? Any leaks or high temps?
@sargentpeppers24 Жыл бұрын
I've never had any issues with it but I have since upgraded to a 4070ti.

What kind and size of radiator are you running to keep all that cool? I have 2 240mm rads and 2 pumps 2 200ml res, and a cpu block with a pump in it aswell so my flow should be decent on it when i put it together but im wondering should i go up to 360's before i do it?? Thanks
@Rye37 Жыл бұрын
a single 360 is honestly enough for most watercooling situations. Your 2 240 rads are totally fine

I heard Bykski doesnt include instructions with there blocks.. i just got a 4090fe and heard it didnt
@sargentpeppers242 жыл бұрын
Mine didn't come with any instructions but its pretty self explanatory If you are careful putting it together. I did have to try a few times tho to get the assembly in the right order.
@sagerdood2 жыл бұрын
@@sargentpeppers24 lol its shouldnt take a few assemblys to put a block on... buy alphacool
@sargentpeppers242 жыл бұрын
@@sagerdood it had to be put on in a certain order. And this was the only waterblock out at the time compatible with this card.
@sagerdood2 жыл бұрын
@@sargentpeppers24 no i get it, but for the same price you can get a chrome plated copper alphacool that comes with full instructions and the best paste and pads you can buy for same price in 3 days shipping. I just finished putting it together. Its took 15 minutes. The teardown took longer.
