The reason it wont let you move the hood twice js because it is a move that happens between turns without a corresponding animation. The other player just sees it slide once

I feel like move had this weird problem where all the move payoff cards were OP because all the cards that 'moved' were limited in their use. Now we have a super flexible move card like Mme. Web and everything's crazy because the game was not meant for a card like that. I think all move payoff cards are gonna end up nerfed a little, but sadly that means that all other mover cards like iron fist, ghost spider, etc. will become quite bad unless they are buffed or reworked.
