This helped me to do my expenses today! I was just careless neglecting the K toner warning for weeks. I've got C321dn. When I had set "Toner sensor" = "Disabled", the printer still stayed in error state (and wouldn't print). But then I took the chip away from K toner catridge, put it in the printer, restart printer - missing K toner error - put the chip back - restart printer - and ONLINE printing started. I would guess simply taking K toner catridge out and restart would do the same trick. Maybe my printer was somewhere too deep in error state and required this extra step.

Thank you! Works on OKI301dn on Windows 7 Pro 64bit! For those OKI is set to printer share and cannot print, go to "Pinter Properties" of OKI printer. Go to "Advanced" and click "Print directly to the printer". If you have a document still waiting to print, please delete the queue printing then try again. For my case, it wouldn't print due to notification for toner replacement.

OKIDATA MODEL-C5100 It took me several hours, but I figured out how to do this. It is very similar, but you don't need the code six zeros. Here's how: (1). power up while holding the + and - keys. (2) display says "OKI USER". (3) scroll to "ENGINE DIAG" MODE" and push ENTER. (4) display says MODE xx.xx.xx.xx S-Mode is indicated. (5) Press (+ or -) until display says "ENGINE=PARAMETER SET 2" then press ENTER. (6) press (+ or -) until display says "TONER SENSOR = ENABLE" (8) Press ENTER. (9) press (+ or -) so display says DISABLE. (10) press these 2 buttons at the same time ONLINE and CANCEL. Now the * star symbol is displayed, indicating you have disabled the sensors. I turned my printer off and back on... and now the sensors are disabled.

Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately while that option exists on my oki mono printer, it doesn't seem to do anything. It behaves the same with sensor disabled as it does with sensor enabled. It prints about 10 pages then nags. I'm just commenting so the next person who inevitably runs into this doesn't feel so lonely :)

I had an order C online warning and couldn't print. After following instructions I managed to print the item I was trying to (40-odd pages) but the sensor screen continues to display Online Order C Toner - Online Power Save. Also my Green lght never flashed and both red and green lights are on as before. So, I managed to print when I couldn't before and guess I just got to drill hole and fill up C Toner. I guess this is to be expected. I obviously disabled the sensor but still need to fill up C Toner. It won't keep printing if toner is empty IsawUupThere but the sensor stops the printer from functioning & tells you a new cartridge is necessary some time before it's really empty to maximize profit. I believe disabling the sensor is a necessary step if you intend refilling the cartridge yourself which is what I will do now. Details of how to do this should appear on the next KZbin video to show up by U Refill Toner. Hope this helps and a big shout out to Eli. Thank you, sir!
