@@JamelaPayne I have the WF7710 and some of my mugs come out with black ink spots on them Funny bc on the paper there’s nothing only the design and where theres no design thats where Im getting spots I went through 5 mugs and we know they are not cheap lol. I saw ur video on the cleaning of the heads maybe I should try it
