I gotta question? When people talk about syrup or "drank" does it have Vicodin or Percocet in it? I get that it has codine but that doesn't fuck you up. So does "Drank" have any opiates in it basically. Because if they drinking just plan ol promethazine and codine wtf is the point. Codeine is an opiate, it will feel pretty close to hydrocodone or percs or whatever you're on. Promethazine is a histamine that doesn't get you high but many people claim that it enhances the high of the codeine. Basically everything in lean is bullshit besides the codeine, that's what gets you high
