I'm in awe of people who have the courage to go through this exercise. I don't think I have that amount of courage. But each time I watch someone do this exercise, a tiny bit of my own fear is dissolved. Thank you both so very much.

This is fantastic, thank you both for sharing such an intimate and unfiltered exploration. We all benefit from seeing such true healing. Even with those of us who are initially triggered into defensiveness, the seeds of healing will be planted.

40:45 ...now I got it: the point of asking if things of the past are "real" or imagination is, that they're not real NOW... in this approach it's not relevant if they WERE real once... the point is one "shouldn't" (?) transfer past (imagined ?) pain to the present... didn't get that until now... thanks... you also can't make past "wrong" things "right" now... and you can't make a wrong done to another right by sb else...

This is excellent and timely...thanks so much...both of you 🙏🏼💙🌻 WOW “ Who you are meeting (in that room) is yourself “ ....wow, wow, wow and so many other wows in this video ( “is that real or imagined?...can you take it out of your head?”!!!) ..en-light-ening...🙏🏼 .I really hope BKs work spreads to help the suffering in the world and of course it starts with the one here (me), before trying to change the world.💙💙💙
