I just wanted to share a bit of my culture, the hair clip is actually inspired by the Plumeria (frangipani) a flowering plant. I’m from Tahiti and here we just call it Tipanier (French: Frangipanier). To us, it is a symbol of immortality because its cut branches can be kept for a very long time before being replanted. 💗 hope you learned something interesting today !!

It kinda irks me that some people mistakes that flower for Hibiscus when it's really not 😅 In the Philippines, we have four trees of Plumeria (called Kalachuchi in our language) planted on our town park, and it became my childhood fave flower since I remember it randomly fell above my head when I'm swimming at a pool at a resort, the flower smells so good 🤩
