Do you think Force Strix would be a good extra deck addition? I can do chaos angel but I feel like there's better tech cards available for extension

Go for it, if it works for you, see if you can test it out as a potential tech. The only reason chaos angel is in the deck is for going second to break boards and for a pot of prosperity target.

Very nice. What do you think is stronger? The Centurion or the Bystial BW.

@stevenly4133 They are both strong in different ways. Centurion is better going first and bystials are better going second, so that is up to you. The bystial version tends to have more interruptions, whereas centurion focuses on blazar dragon. I hope this helps! :)

What do you think about the dark kaiju, the highest atk in a Blackwing deck often between 3000-3500 and it’s hard to chop down a boss like the ritual guys of Voiceless voice, we can also use Small World to search everything we want if we use the Kaiju.

Do you mean Radian? Hes a great extender and bridge for small world and if someone has a purrely deck as well as the voiceless voice guardian, its an easy way to break their field. If you can find room for it, I would say go for it!

What do you think about fighting this handtraps/board breakers format with extenders?

@Giatosc you can use more extenders, but for this format, I feel like we need the extra handtraps to slow down the opponent. Imperm and droll and shifter are big right now. If you wanted to add another shamal and more bystials, I would add another lubellion and druiswarm. Whatever you feel comfortable with. Assault synchron is another great extender to run 2.

@@shadowofthemoon8766 by extenders y meant in-archtype extenders (kris, bora, gale, etc). maybe the answer to handtrap format is being able to extend your plays. Blackwings are known for being able to put multiple bodies on the field fairly easily; so, imagine a situation where your Sudri gets habdtraped, if you have one of the above mentioned cards, you could then go into xyz plays or different sunchro plays and not just get stoped on the spot.

@Giatosc Gale is a good extender, but with kris and bora, you can't search them with black whirlwind, so you have to rely on them in your hand, which those flex spots could be used for hand traps or other extenders like bystials. You would have to run multiple boras and kris and that causes your deck to be filled up with only extenders and nothing else. Bystials tend to be a safer bet because you just banish and then you can extend and go into FAM, or a Chaos Angel or depending what you have in your hand, you can keep playing. Also if you have vata that isn't considered a dead card, you can use that to extend into 2 interruptions and a negate. I would try out having bora and kris and then see how those work first. I haven't had much luck with those cards, but if you are able to extend and keep going, then I would say go for it!

@@shadowofthemoon8766 the thing is that it had hapened to me that I just have a Sudri that regularly gets Ashed/Inpermed and one way i was able to play around is to ss bora and use sudri’s second eff to synchro into boreastorm and keep playing or just overlay into bagooska to get another turn. Gale is a strong card but unfortunately the only good target to use it as sync material is blade dragon wich is not worth it, whereas bora/kris can overlay into rank 4 or scale into an even level synchro (6/8/10).

@Giatosc bora is a great option, the only thing I hate is that you can't search for it with the other blackwings. The best way to avoid getting sudri negated is to bait the opponent into using their negates or interruptions before using sudri. Have you found success with bora? Another good extender is gust the backslash, it provides a bait and then you can normal summon.

@@Tem-Wizard I would like to use 2 because its much more consistent, but right now in the format, I've had to cut the two and 3 bw in favor of more handtraps. The endboard with just one is still very strong and is always enough to stop your opponent, but there is something about having 2 for more gas. :)
