I have an idea for the basketball team…Let last years team of old guys play together with 6 players and then all the high recruits on another crew and give each 5 or 10 minute intervals to see what they can do.

Each NBA player is a private contractor; each player represents, first and foremost, himself. College players, NIL notwithstanding, are not private contractors; they still join a team and represent a university. Mark Pope had this figured out and knew how to create team chemistry and cohesion; as a result, Mark's teams played above their talent level. KY has assembled a team with a higher talent level than last year's, yet KY and his staff still haven't figured out how to get their team to perform at its best. Let's hope they figure it out soon!
