I might be reading too much into this but… One thing coach Pope did last year that was a bit different was early morning practices which were not fun but demanded discipline and commitment at a different mental & physical level. They had a unique passer on their team (now at Louisville) and somehow took advantage integrating strengths of each individual. This takes time to develop…

I am very disappointed in not just the lack of cohesion but the poor 3-point shooting and even worse the free-throw shooting but I believe BYU will get it together soon (I hope 🙂). They have had some very exciting moments and have a lot of potential!

Nope. Why would the players care? Win or lose, they already got paid. Most of them aren't even LDS ... why would they put forth that effort and sacrifice their bodies? For what?

To me it sure seems that many are tentative when shooting. It seems like they have lost confidence in their shooting, and what is going on between Hall and Demin are under performing. What happened to the goal of shooting lots of 3's? Byu does not do well with tough defense.

They just aren't a team. No star. Not one reliable player each game. I'm planning on 6 wins unless they turn it around immediately.
