Haha, did not know I was supposed to mount it backwards.

Use the longer brackets. Do not turn the short bracket around.
@BronorisPye3 жыл бұрын
@Aaron Taft- By using the longer (taller) brackets, what did you do differently to get the bar and mounts to line up with the brackets?

So what’s the verdict? And noticeable improved handling or is the difference not that noticeable?
@BronorisPye5 жыл бұрын
Verdict. It's a long bed P/U that won't be competing in any autocross competitions, but you will notice a reduction in body roll when cruising the back roads.

Johnny did you use the factory or OEM style aftermarket A arms for installing your sway bar? If not what A arms did both of you guys use. I'd like to go a head and install a sway bar since this c10 of my fathers was his fathers does not have a factory sway bar...

Mine is lowered 4 inches up front , how low is your front end? Looks like the sway bar wants to hit the tie rod ends/ steering linkage.
@BronorisPye4 жыл бұрын
I have a 5 inch drop up front. It may look like it's hitting, but it's not. No clearance or interference issues with the tie rod ends / steering linkage. That could be the reason why CPP supply two different mounting brackets with the kit. Thanks for watching!

A steering shaft out of a 98ish jeep will fit on these trucks and will get rid of the rag joint.

you know your mounting bracket is on backwards, it will prematurely wear your bushings out faster
