There's a actually a method to extend time indefinitely for the Black Hand. You should capture only one Communications Center, wait for the Black Hand Convoy to arrive and sell that Communications Center to stop the countdown. This should give you enough time to get a Tier 3 Black Hand base. And when you're ready, you can just capture another Communications Center and finish the countdown. I don't know about Nod because they only arrive after the countdown.

I didn't think to use the Marked of Kane except for the ones I started with. I just maxed out my units (Xbox) half were Venoms, half were Avatars and I built lots of Obelisks by the shield, I think its funny to take out other bases with my own base defenses.

I feel this mission was a mistake on their part. Let me explain that. I feel that for the ending itself it is fine but there should've been like 2-3 other missions using the mark of Kane. Granted you can use them to your heart content in global conquest and skirmish I feel they be better with a few more missions. Now the wiki explains these aren't the same cyborgs as used in tw2 and these do not use tiberium as a mutagen hints why they take damage in tib fields. (I believe set up for gameplay purpose and not lore reasons) I will say I remain upset that they changed how tiberium works from tib 2 to tib 3 and the fact they removed so much of the tib life (It all gets killed off by the new form of tib) I would've loved to see red zones a mutated forest of alien life along side giant crystals of pure tiberium. Hopefully they one day remake tib 2

I'm pretty sure that EA was too lazy to create Tiberium lifeforms. I really miss a Tiberian Fiend! Also, EA has reduced capabilities of units. Where are the Nod's underground attacks? The philosophy of Nod is diversions and sneak attacks. EA has cut off the whole Nod strategy and made this game less tactical.

@@hdw Lets not forget they took a faction of harden assassins who loved stealth tech and turn them into buff flame throwing fanatics. EA bugged up a lot of lore then told fans they hadn't. I do miss that tunnel mechanic made some interesting tactics.

A safer method for beginner players is to play defensively and expand to the left Tiberium field. Build obelisks and charge them with 2 beam cannons each, pair them with equal or more amounts of Shredder turrets and SAM turrets, and stealth everything to prevent them from being sniped by Juggernauts. Once that's done, capture the two Tib spikes and Tiberium silo on the left and place an MCV to construct defenses. Build a Redeemer armed with a Tiberium trooper squad and s Saboteur as soon as possible and let it get heroic status while scraping away at the enemy. After the Redeemer goes fully heroic, you should have a pretty good cache of credits and two Tiberium fields under your control, it should be pretty easy to win with these alone. Only capture one Communications Center so the timer goes slower so you get more time to assemble Reckoners and Carryalls carrying Saboteurs. Building a Tiberium Chemical Plant early is essential in preserving your Tib fields especially the first one. Don't over harvest your fields so they last longer and give more credits. The main GDI base has unlimited power but needs income by harvesting from the GDI base on the right. Take that base out and block the alley to prevent their harvesters from harvesting, essentially crippling the enemy. Lastly, attack from the side using the Heroic Redeemer as a spearhead and destroy the defenses near the Tacitus building. Be careful because the Tacitus building is very fragile, you might have to banzai charge reckoners or airdrop saboteurs to capture the Tacitus building in case things don't go to plan. The Black hand forces should be kept away from the Tacitus building, I've lost that mission once because my Purifier got a bit too close

capping the left tib field is better for stabilising eco, when i first played this scenario i kept mining out the main tib field, when you do that the harvesters go walkies sometimes through the gdi bases the venom craft are so op in this scenario except if you try to push the main base where the tacitus is, i found if you camp the top right canyon that prevents some of those elite sonic tanks from wrecking your main base, there's a nice blue tib field there but you dont need it and wont have time to exploit it anyway i also swept around and destroyed everything i could with venoms/aircraft before capping any of the objectives then a moved all of my ground forces into the endlessly respawning main base and sacrificed my aircraft to take out the sonic towers to cap the tacictus

I prefer to play with beam cannon, and venom craft for air units. The larger are the numbers of the cannons, the fastest they kill

The Kane’s wrath campaign is all out of whack due to it is a nod only campaign and nod only storyline without GDI and scrin missions. All I get is cape wearing losers that cannot win a tiberium war.

The base surrounding the Tacitus has unlimited power as well as the upper right and middle base. The only structures you can power down by destroying the external power plants are the defenses surrounding the communications centers and Watchtowers and AA turrets placed on the mountains.

The Marked of Kane's is a Nod's subfaction which has a Venoms with white laser beam after the supercharged particle beams upgrade.

Supercharged Particle beams are white blue beams by default and become red when fully heroic. Gives the Venom, Shredder turrets and Enlightened so much more DPS
