Honestly Eunchae was just recovered or maybe she was still lil sick due to which even she appeared less in this variety show and hence she was doing nothing 😢 as she was resting due to her health Eunchae take care of yourself properly and take rest often so u won't get sick again

sakura needs to start working out as well if she wants to have an even longer career. she needs better core strength to sustain her dance and her vocals. and she is also the oldest so she should be more health conscious. all of her hobbies require her to be seated for long periods of time. a nice balance is good

I remember my sister once telling me they (idols) always look so happy when they're on shows wating because that's probably the only time they eat a proper meal and sweets. It's so sad we idolize these girls and they live uo to korean beauty standards being underweight and furthermore encouraging their unhealthy habits their company pushes on them
