to make ore regrow faster, you can checkerboard pattern the ore mines with infantry, though it may be slow at first

Or you could give them a start position with lots of resources while limits to your own. As I feel its the unlimited cash that always gives advantage to the human players.

I remember trying these kind of match-ups but I got swamped pretty quickly, I think this map has the benefit of giving you a cliff to wall yourself in with.

The Allies Tech Center has a built-in spy satellite in it that get launch into the sky after 5 minutes since the construction of the Tech Center. Once the timer run out, the satellite is launch.
