Something about CnC will just always be special to me. Tiberian Sun was one of the first games I played as a kid and I still keep coming back to all of them. I think other than solid gameplay overall, each game has a lot of personality to it. I mean things like unit designs, sounds, voice lines, the characters, and the overall struggle between GDI and Nod is just timeless. The first mission in GDI's campaign where drop troopers come down and rescue the lone survivor at Phoenix Base (I'm also from Phoenix so bonus points) will forever stay in my memory.

Oh yes ! Also remember TS soundtrack with awesome synths lines like Scouting, Heroism or Lone Trooper ! What a massive game Moreover i prefer RA2, the perfect mix is Mod C&C Reloaded, it mix RA2 and TS, fun for LAN games

0:01 just to said the Tiberium Wars Menu music was big part of my childhood, listening to this in 2007 was amazing, synthetizer sound and the feeling of playing a game you take 3 weeks to download ! Was a good OST ❤️ always in our heart

Stormgate is disappointing, Zero space will be the SC2 substitute, but i wonder if you're going to try Tempest Rising when it comes out. KW is fun to watch in part because it's easy to read - here's a tank, it does tank thing, here's guys with rocket launchers, they do rocket launcher things. Here's big tank, it has more HP than a small tank. Scrin are a bit trickier, but still kind of understandable. Try telling what a siege tank or an infestor does, or why hydras die faster than roaches, or what is the difference between stalkers and immortals in SC2 just by looking at their models.

Focus fire rifle duels doesn’t work, because when the target dies the Ai resets and stops shooting the enemy at least in my experience

As a Starcraft 2 player and a Halo wars 2 player and C&C watcher I can say I also was very unimpressed and fairly bored while watching Stormgate.

I have not played in a long time but why were you defending with AP ammo Watchtowers instead of Guardian cannons against vehicles? Especially after you got railgun upgrade.

There were infantry mixed in his force which I had to deal with. Against light units such as pitbulls its better to build watch towers since they shoot over structures and their armor against gun damage is weak. Towards the end i queued a guardian cannon vs mammoth tanks but ultimately did not need it.

That was a fun game I could not believe you both went orca. Tib3/kw is really unique as an RTS hell even that new game tempest rising is more like old CNC or red alert rather than tib3/kw
