Patient had a protruding jaw in the past; for its correction, she had undergone lefort setback surgery 3 years back from XYZ hospital. Although the surgery went well and post-op xrays were also fine, unfortunately, her jaw underwent necrosis, which resulted in mobile teeth, also her gums started receding only after a few days of the surgery.
