I’m in Houston. Easter and Halloween are the only occasions of the year that my kids are allowed to have candies exclusively for dinner. Easter will only have crap candies because good candies won’t fit in small eggs. My kids are more excited for Halloween. They collect a huge bags full of candies within an hour of walking in the neighborhood. Late at night after the kids went to bed, my husband will dig in the kids’ candy bags to steal expensive candies for himself.
