Jeff Zhao is one of the most senior disciples of Master Meixi Liang. He is generous, loyal, versatile, also has made many friends from different styles, hence gained the excellent reputation.

Very nice to see particularly well demonstrated and i like that the leg work particularly the kicks incorporated into the jumping retreats and low kicks that are there to check an incoming kick . Nice to see as some of these techniques have in the various branches of Choy Lee Fut have been lost to the point where some versions of the same form only have the retreating jump without the full comprehensive moves that facilitate those moves. Love it❤
