The song and the MV are very satirical of society. Someone best summarized it as a satirical commentary at "some social phenomenons in Taiwan." It criticizes the rich queen's superficial attitude to augmenting her body and wasting money, ultimately leading her to shatter into coins. The celebrity part is critical once again of superficiality and how people are easily dissuaded by boobs. The fake hipster part also criticizes how some people feel like they're superior by pretending to be cool and hip like reading Hemmingway or by wearing a beret, and how they hate being one-upped by someone else. Lastly, the gym part criticizes how people are more into beauty than actually improving their health.

I think the word you're looking for is onomatopoeia. But it's not really a "sound-describing" term, it's more an interjection or an expression of emotion. The closest English equivalent to 呸(pay) is probably bullshit.
