I’ve realised Bengali actors/actresses turned food critic, how come? I thought a chef could be a food critic only, I mean what does these actors know about food. 🤷🏻‍♀️

These people are not "food critic". You may call them foodie, food enthusiast, food explorer, or even "foodeller" (food+traveller), or whatever you want. Their job is to taste and experience food / cuisine of different places and share it with their audience. They don't necessarily need to be "chefs", but yes they should have some basic knowledge - the more the better. The point is, to be a "critic" you need a lot of knowledge on food preparation (being a chef yourself makes it easier), ingredients, sourcing, management, etc etc on top of being a finely discriminating food-taster or connoisseur - all on a seriously professional level, whereas the expectations from an amateur food enthusiast or explorer is lot less. The duty of the latter is not so much to analyse, evaluate and judge, but more to articulate and convey to the audience his or her personal immediate experience of the food at hand in a fun, lively, entertaining manner. I don't see any hindrance whatsoever in them being highly knowledgeable in the culinary art or in appreciating it!!! Do you think one needs to have quadruple PhD or be an MP or Minister or King or Queen or something like that to become a food enthusiast, food vlogger, etc? If that's your line of thinking, then sorry to disillusion you, but you are seriously mistaken. Anybody can learn and become an enthusiast or connoisseur in this field if he/she puts his/her mind into it. Actors/actresses are no exception to that.

Bhai, Salam. I like some of your videos. When you are in abroad you should try to review food from some authentic restaurant, traditional foods or local foods. Going abroad and reviewing food of food court does not make any sense. You can try New York Steak, Lucali's Pizza and food from some other traditional authentic NY restaurant. So far your food review in NY is not even average based on the places you reviewed which definitely shows lack of preparation on your part. Hopefully, next time, when you visit some other countries to review food, you will take proper preparation before visiting those countries so that you can try some authentic local food.
