Madame Tuang began her culinary journey learning the art of flavors as a child in Bangkok. Encouraged to express her culinary talents she developed her love of cooking and passion for European food in France. Here, she trained with renowned chef, Nathalie Arbefeiulle, as well as an incredible learning experience with the amazing 3 star Michelin chef, Anne-Sophie Pic. She also specializes in Italian cuisine, as well as Thai, Chinese and Hong Kong dishes.
As well as running a successful business, the TGA Corporation, exporting food to 18 countries, Madame Tuang hosts a weekly show on Thai Rath TV ,nevertheless as a columnist in Matichon Newspaper . She also reveals her culinary know-how in private cooking classes through corporate cooking workshops and in the open space with galley kitchen at ROSEMARY BY MADAME TUANG.
