INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (maida)
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ cup curd (yogurt)
½ cup oil (vegetable or sunflower oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup milk
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Pinch of salt
PROCEDURE STEP-BY-STEP:
1. Prepare the Cooker
Remove the whistle and gasket of a large pressure cooker.
Place a stand or plate at the bottom.
Preheat the cooker on medium heat for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
2. Prepare the Cake Pan
Grease a 7- or 8-inch cake pan with oil or butter.
Dust it with flour or line it with parchment paper.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together:
1 ½ cups flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt.
Mix well.
4. Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together:
½ cup curd
½ cup oil
¾ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice.
5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
Mix gently using a spatula or whisk to avoid lumps. Do not overmix.
6. Pour the Batter:
Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.
Tap the pan gently to remove air bubbles.
7. Bake in the Cooker
Place the cake pan on the stand in the preheated cooker.
Close the lid without the whistle.
Bake on low flame for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Cool the Cake
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.

3. Cook and Melt all the ingredients in Low Flame
4. Let it Cool Down
5. Apply on Cake Base
