1. Chalkumro(ash gourd) : 1, cut it fine.
2. Moong dal: 50 gm, fry it for 3 to 4 minutes. Soak it for half an hour.
3. Mustard oil : 2 tsp
4. Cumin seed : 1 tsp
5. Pierces green chilli : 5 nos
6. Salt : According to taste
7. Sugar : 2 tsp
8. Ghee : 1 tsp
