While I don't want to totally dismiss the guest house, it's not likely happening. I'd like to do it but there comes a point where the assets dedicated here become excessive. What's more likely to happen if anything is an expansion that would include the lower floors and a more extensive garage on the south drive. There's much more room and freedom to be creative in the lower floors area.

@@michyx2732 That is the 'guest house' most of the exterior exists normally in GTA, its part of a heist DLC but I only made minor edits to the exterior, primarily adjusted many of the security cameras that made no sense (looking into bushes etc), I cleared up the construction props and trash at the south drive way and so forth. Most of the work I did is primarily on the interior however.

ok, so this is beyond insane but I was expecting more rooms for the boys, no Denzel or Ellie rooms and the guest house has no interior (yet? TM) :( and in the trailer we see Ellie go into the secret wall that leads to the tower and I was hoping the house would be riddled with false walls leading to a massive talon bat cave underneath the mansion because of how high the mansion is from its base foundation at the bottom of the cliff its on, the eastern garden with the pool is big enough on its own to have a hidden cave underneath, could even get a tunnel down there to the rooster's rest. that would be fucking insane. I say all that but there is an elevator in the kitchen which I assume has a use, likely only takes you to the bottom car exit out the back at the bottom of the cliff, but you never know, it could have secret sub levels. I also noticed a door with a maintenance sign in it, looks like just an outside door but we will have to see if there is more to that door in future. also, we don't actually see under the stairs in the secret staircase to the tower, we get a glimpse of a green safe so there aren't stairs there so there could maybe be a ladder, who knows. so I hope there is more that you didn't show. so much crazy potential on to of the already crazy design, I love the main hall design, I want that kind of theme in my own home, its amazing.

There maybe potential expansion patches in the future that would include lower floors but i dont want to speculate too much on that at this time. The lower floors could easily accommodate rooms for who ever else. Thanks for your comment.

I've explained why the drive way wasn't changed in another post (there's a few reasons) but it could still get changed in the future. Also nothing is beyond the reach of Lang's scuff, but everything was made 'properly' and tobii (my mentor) himself looked through it. :)

The sound of the fountain is heard almost throughout the whole house. Please just delete it and do not torture us with it in the future 😁

That fountain is also a bit of a FPS killer truth be told, if you ever watched buddha at the mansion in 2.0 you could notice a fps drop when he was around it. I'm sure Nikez will eventually get around to adding his amazing sound occlusion to the interior so that should mute it. As it is the interior does reduce the exterior sound but not as effectively as it will with proper audio occlusion.

Maybe it's just me, but these sounds of the fountain are more like a white noise and can be heard at a very great distance. In the future, when CB will stand outside, we will always hear that fountain -_-

This fountain was in the original version of the game and has nothing to do with the work of Darko. I admire the np dev team and they remind me of Blizzard and GGG when they just started and were loved by the community because they listened to the wishes and to the obvious shitty decisions. An example of our time is the Final Fantasy mmo. So, stop being a dumbfuck... I pointed on biggest cancer what exist in gta when it comes to the sound. Two examples of this noise are apartments and pdm. People have to run away from this noise or turn the camera to a position where this noise becomes quieter to have a conversation, and now imagine that in CB manor this noise source is gonna be right under the window and you gonna hear it on the entire territory. But ye, 2021. Softies are everywhere and you have to include "Amazing! Wooooooow! Such a nice work!" in every msg or you gonna be a Karen. Go fuck yourself
