Power Of Love was our love song with a very special girl when I was young. Since then Celine been one of absolute closest artist of my life and I was chocked when I saw her in her badest moment thinking is this how she is now and I start crying (first time in at least 20 years), Im so happy that what I saw was not permanent, I love you for what you done. i wish the interview w/ Hoda didn't have comments turned off on another news affiliate youtube video I just watched. so i'm commenting here. i want to get a message to Celine. to hear her describe her tremors and how they act is EXACTLY what i experienced for about 2 years. it's haunting how similar we both describe what happens. if i laughed my throat would cramp and would not release. if i did one singular sit up my whole torso would cramp and keep cramping and hardly release and I would have to stand against a wall to get my muscles to stop tightening. just like she described if i "pointed my toes" they would not release after with out forcing them to go back to normal. i would have to pull over while driving to stretch these cramps and tremors out of my torso. if i flew on a plane i got a front seat because I was so worried i would have tremors and look like a freak trying to deal with them and release them so i wanted to be close to a bathroom to take care of myself if needed. this continued for 2 years. i went to the ER so many times and they always put down I was suffering from anxiety. (eye roll). so what I have to say is I don't suffer like i did anymore. and i was almost bed bound and debilitated. i learned I had low T3 because i started testing my thyroid because of so many issues. i started taking T3 only treatment and that's the only thing that changed + i started taking more minerals and supplements. so it's difficult to say how i got better. but i wish i could speak to someone close to Celine or to her directly to share what I know about thyroid. most endos and MDs do not know how to test appropriately. i hope she gets a full panel and if she has low T3 starts taking rx for it with T3 only like me. i just have to really wonder if this would help. i know it's anecdotal but it's a shot worth looking into.

I have the same thing, And what helps me is taking 400 mgs. Of the Garden of Life brand of magnesium citrate gummies. I eat this whenever I have muscle stiffness, or muscle spasms, or muscle cramping. I buy it from Amazon and It's inexpensive. And sometimes I'll take one tablet of aspirin, And sometimes two tablets of aspirin, And that also relaxes my muscles. And sometimes I'll fruit juices, because that relaxes my muscles. And I keep hydrated, and that relaxes my muscles. And sometimes I'll take .5 mg or sometimes 1 mg of Ativan and that relaxes my muscles because it is a muscle relaxant. And sometimes I'll take 10 mgs. Which is the lowest dose that it comes in of Atarax and That relaxes my muscles because it is a muscle relaxant. Sometimes I have to take 20 mgs of Atarax to relax my muscles enough. I take all these things with fruit or other food. Sadly, she has joined the likes of Mariah and Whitney, the 90's female vocal superstars, in watching their spectacular voices fail them. They did all the vocal heavy lifting in their prime recording years, their 20's and 30's, and the slowdown came in their 40's. The instrument wasn't working the way it had before: the racehorse is approaching its final lap. No matter how grounded you are with an ego in check, it must be hard to watch your money-maker, your own voice and throat, fail to produce the sound that the world knows you for. Sure, you can stretch your career with Autotune and pre-recorded vocals/lip sync, but YOU know that you're not truly giving your all. At some point, you will have to say goodbye to singing altogether and rest on your laurels. It's so unfair for this to be happening to Celine, but miracles happen when you least expect it.
