How the you make the animation like that, i mean the stretching like with the mouth resizing and the moving ears. its like you made multiple drawings that you can move in one scene.. Im trying to find any information or program for that stuff but i cant :(

Yeah, I use Adobe Animate and I animate using symbols a lot, mainly because one of the first animation styles I learned is the Madness Combat style. It's a good alternative to frame by frame, but having to move every single part by separate becomes a little frustrating. Anyway, symbols aren't exclusive to Adobe Animate, I'm sure a lot of animation software will allow you to create symbols, you just need to watch some "animating with symbols" yt tutorials and you'll be good.

I think this counts as good lip-syncing, considering it's only two characters who don't have mouths, some teeth, bubbles, who's jaw is just an angle, and jax who is more teeth
