C: MO - Transferring Munitions between Airbases

I really hope the devs will soon implement the ability to actually transfer weapons from actual magazines of one base to the magazines of another airbase within a scenario (not in the editor). Having pre-set containers with pre-set cargo really limits the flexibility of cargo ops within scenarios (meaning outside the editor).
