@j0li_ part 6 hasn't even been released yet. We don't even have a date set for release. But in the manga this stand won't show up until near the finale. It's the final fight before the finale I believe so if the anime goes off the other ones I'tl be in the 30s. We won't see this stand for a long while

For those who don't know, C-Moon is actually broken. 1: It has the power to invert gravity. 2: Anything that makes contact with its fists will turn inside-out. 3: Although Pucci couldn't control it, it was able to accelerate time on certain targets (half a baby & a booger).

honestly what makes C-Moon scary as hell is all of those points you already stated but the fact that C-Moon can't control it's local time acc/un-mastered TA is also scary, since re-claiming the point of Pucci not even being able to tell when it activates, basically means it's sort of a gamble card depending on the situation in a way. And the fact that thanks to being the center of Gravity it's user has a giant advantage during Gravity Shift, basically being allowed to walk on walls, which gives more mobility enhancement compared to Jolyne's crew.
