I try to see it from both sides....i understand where this brother is coming from and if C is truly innocent I believe he should be set free. The reason why I say that is because you have people all over America that has committed similar crimes and only get like 15 to 20 years even for a second degree murder. The plea deal was before the trial and conviction so your question not valid. He didn’t take it because he felt like he could get something better but the conviction ended up being worse. He could literally be out now. I started this vid a no limit soldier but I ended the vid a simple man with common sense. He even say C should be out but no way you can be remorseful if you can’t even accept responsibility for your actions.
