When it comes to international trade and have a balancing equilibrium amongst nations and Nepal, I would like to see policies and MOU developed bilaterally where Nepal benefits and trade deficits is at par with our national GDP (reflecting cost of living and standard of living and the reach every Nepali should have to basic needs).
