Did they fire the guy that said, “two pipes to the river will get this filled twice as fast.”? Those other boats are just waiting in line. Do all the boats work for the same sand company? If my boat was hired to haul sand I’d be laying my own pipe and make twice or three times as many trips.

i dont think so,they are digging the sand from the riverbed,so no easy access for the trucks.

You don't haul sand or heavy stuff by truck if you have boats available; water is much lower cost.
