the reason why blue and green seems like black is because RGB (Red, Gren and Blue) are colors that can be combined in various proportions to obtain any color in the visible spectrum, and a blue surface will only reflect the color blue and absorbs all the others, so it need a light that have blue on its composition, just like the white, that have all colors, but the red light only have red on it, so it will absorb all colors(red on this case), and will reflect blue, but there is no blue on the composition of the red light, so it will reflect nothing, so its black. the same will apply to green.

I have flashing led lights in my room but I set them on red and tried to solve it and it took me 6 minutes lol. And after almost every solve one of the blue and green pieces weren't solved bc they look exactly identical. it's on my yt channel and it's really fun for those who want to try it
