im just gonna keep saying it everywhere i go: you'd think he's just another quirky old gnome, but then shows you he's cunning. you'd think you could easily beat him in a fight, but then he's a werewolf. You wouldnt take his art seriously but then he shows you 400+ years of craftmanship. I love that Chetney Pock O'Pea is the David Bowie of woodcraft in Exandria and im here for it!

Obviously everyone at the table has given great monologues in their time. But Dorian’s speech to his father was specifically and exquisitely Shakespearean in delivery. Everyone lets their voice actor show, but in this moment Robbie specifically let his stage actor show, and it was beautiful.

I think it was 100 episodes (or more or less) than Bertrand died. I’d be surprised if they went full circle and Chetney died in his sleep

To be precise 102-103, depending on how you look at it. He "technically" dies in episode 3 of this campaign, but his body was still prevalent in episode 4 because of the nature of the episode. But yes, I would be shocked and laughing my ass off if Chetney died in a makeshift museum dedicated to him and as they put it, have him displayed as the centerpiece of the gallery and just have a cleric on payroll to cast some sort of preservation spell on him to keep him in his last moments. Just for anyone that's intrigued will gaze upon the master craftsman known as "Chetney Pock O' Pea, C-Pop for short, The wood worker that had a hard-on for more than just wood."

What Waylon doesn't show Bell's Hells is the next area that has his more "personal" collection of Chetney's works. The BDSM pieces from the "Sensual collection" that Chetney only made either a single piece or few pieces that aren't known to many.

The whole time I was watching back these clips again after the episode the only two songs that were going through my head were history has it's eyes on you from hamilton and this is how legends are made. Both songs fit so well for this episode and for the one before.

Oh gravity, why did you have to come for me? A week of walking on air but it seems Fearne and Ashton have a couple more steps until they're at where I thought they were at last episode. I hope they talk it out sooner rather than later; I doubt Ashton thinks or wants it to be a fling, I also don't believe that they'd ever want Fearne to feel like she has to be less than herself, an open relationship would suit them just fine imo, chaotic and unconventional as they are, but still maintaining the deeper connection they have. The titan kiss was still nice too, the dice gods giving only 1 point of damage, Sam and Braius are acting on two different agendas though it feels, stop making her nervous! Ashton does seem to have a little spring in their step too, this was literally the worst situation for them as an anti-god, primordial vessel who hates authority figures judging them and having to do public speaking, but they whipped out a killer speech that even Matt couldn't allow his low charisma to fail. I wouldn't trust the Kryn, Leylas could play the long game but her offer to Chet is worrisome, maybe if a middle ground can be brokered to simply check in with Essek from time to time (get him back into their good graces while keeping Ashton's freedom) but I doubt Ashton would like the kind of restrictions the Dynasty would put on them in search for answers. Interesting too to see Ashton try to learn more about gods, positive steps, ask Pike about hers. Looks like Kiki took the Percy De Rolo class of Bestowing Titles, pretty cool titles, though Ashton may need to battle Fjord for Reforged (maybe they get away with it because of the silent j?), Fearne for sure is gonna use some aspect of 'Lady Professor Emperor Fearne Calloway Fey Scion of the Ancient Flame'. Also we do look like we're sizing up the group for more relics, Matron's marshals approves of Laudna after all. A Braius religious redemption is not what I expect from him sporting the Platinum Dragon again but we'll see, funny he may be but trustworthy the jury's still out on (again, different agendas, plus he's a compulsive liar), pretty powerful armour though, don't disappoint Pike Braius! Bard Code over God Code! The ep belongs to our beautiful blue bard boy though, the new sword is pretty killer in the right situation (good rolls and a prone condition could do a dangerous whirling dervish) - though I thought the Gambler's Blade curse was that he couldn't part from it? - but he really showed up with his speech and talk to his dad, soak up that character development because Robbie is ACTING! Orym pick your jaw back up from the floor! Hope others get some more gear, been a long time since Ashton, Fearne and Imogen have gotten proper new equipment. Keyleth nooooo! You're not Gods! XD We getting Travelercon 2? I mean it's a few weeks so that's quite some time, could Ludie delay his godkilling for a convention? We're probably gearing up to kill Zathuda in the feywild too in a few days, but days can take several episodes. This is providing that Waylon the Scalebearer is legit, I mean his house is but mentioning Zathuda opens the door for Yu to be lurking, or that werewolf hunter dude who tried to take Chet after the group reunited. Again, worth keeping an eye on.
