Congratulations Kishwar ❤️ u know I am also 25 weeks pregnant and I always want to have c-section as I am also scared of episiotomy. Also vaginal stitches demand more care. But when I saw your one of vlog where u were telling that u sure want normal delivery. And u r doing squats for normal delivery then my mind also changed for normal delivery. I also started thinking to go for normal delivery. Congratulations on the arrival of your little bundle of joy, I hope you are taking time to soak it in all , being a mom for two i just miss how my little one's have grown soo quickly (aged 3 & 1 ) now. Thank you for making this vlog .. Please dont take it negatively but wanted to say my view am sure each of us have our own birth story. I chose to give a Vaginal Birth for both my kids( i live in the UK ) and they encourage to go naturally, until and unless there are complications. the pain was immense and it took a few days(upto a week) to heal i did have a small vaginal tear which is very normal as a baby is pushing out but it is nothing compared to being cut through for a c-section and become normal but at the same time last year my best friend had to take a c section as she hadnt dilated enough. The reason am posting this is to let people know that Csection isnt a easy journey as said having an epidural is just part of the story , as your body is numb you are put a catheter (for urine) as you dont have control and is very painful. Once the epidural is out the pain she went through was immense it took her 3 months to recover and become normal especially because she dint have all support servants caretakers, . My request is please dont post information where alot of people here can be influenced by you. appreciate where you come from and your experience but lets not generalise

I am actually shocked that obgy are now doing c section without even any indication just to save their time and get money?? C section may look easy for people who get it done but it is a major abdominal operation. C section has many more complications compared to normal delivery. How can you do such a big operation without any indication???

@@kishwermerchant3238 I agree. You are a mother and a patient. I respect your choice and I seriously am not saying it's your fault. Please don't misunderstand it. I am just saying for major operations there are indications and protocols which should be followed. I know them because I have delivered babies and given mothers the vaginal cut you were talking about. Believe me no one wants to go through that pain. But at the end of the day it is a major operation and has a list of indications when it should be done. It is doctors duty to follow that. If a patient comes to us asking to cut his limb because he doesn't want it no one will do that. Then why cut an organ when it's not necessary

C section is convenient for the one performing also because 6-12 hrs monitor karne se better 1 hr me kaam niptao and zada kamao. You are in this profession to guide the patient in the right direction and counsel them when they are scared.

You said in your video that you hb dropped and you required transfusion etc. C section causes 300-500 ml more blood loss than normal delivery. So that transfusion could have been avoided with 1 injection of iron sucrose or FCM.

You must be having your own reasons but normal vaginal delivery is normal and stress free at the end of the day. God has designed our bodies in that way so women out there please don't get inspired by this. I'm 32 weeks pregnant now with my second child and completely looking forward to a normal delivery. I don't think what she had said is wrong. C-section are no more like older days c-section. Now technology has evolved so much. Infact with normal delivery also, we can get issues. Like losing control on bladder, infection on vaginal stitches, severe vaginal tear n so on. Not meant to scare u, but c-section is not at all bad like it is perceived to be.

@@shubhangigarg479 I can't put my health to risk. I have said it all. I had two hours of pain and I was in my toes the next moment. The labour pain is very much bearable. Ask any gynaecologist or any doctor if a planned c section is any day better over normal delivery.

I had C-section, but not got it done, as my labour pains stopped, later on u tend to get back issues with it. Rest is required, as now if u exert, issues come later on.

Woman in India have a very narrow minded thinking which causes them to think that c-section means that the woman is weak or something like that. Maybe back in the day people preferred a normal delivery over a c-section. But times have changed, technology has changed. The only thing left to change is peoples thinking. Talking about your experience is fine. But saying c section to kuch nahi hai which is factually incorrect. It is a major abdominal surgery.
