C#: Static vs Non-Static: SoloLearn Connar's Static Member Question

Ever confused on the difference between Static and Non-Static Classes and Methods? This video covers some of the basics from the perspective of someone who is learning the language.

Is there any syntax to make these line more short? Is there any way to make something static without using the static keyword? this is very long syntax and I don't like it at all :( .. My logic say to use static but it looks so long and ugly.

the lesson didn't explain what the difference between const and static was?

int const is a monotonically value you won´t change with methods or object creation like pi for math operations. Or the 1 in the following math function: f(x) = x² + 1 And static variable is like a instance on itself. If you change the variable it will change everywhere not just for one object.
