I've got over 9k miles on my stock 07 m8 162 off trail mountain riding ! Not a high horsepower king motor but the longevity and durability from suzuki built two strokes is unmatched . I've heard great things about the c-tec2 cat motors also except for the air intake system taking in a little to much snow and water other than that bullet proof

So glad you decided to just replace it. Would have been some stressful riding after that repair! At least for me.

It’s always been our rule in the western US that you replace the pistons , rings, at around 1800-2000 miles also like to check the reeds , look for any leaks. Etc saves a lot of money in the end.

I have a question, so i have a 2006 arctic cat f7 (stocked). And it won't go over 7000rpms, I brought it to county cat, they said the power valves are good the reeds are good, the ecu was good, they thought it was the stator. So I was wondering if you could help me out? thank you!
@DIGIT93 жыл бұрын
Ya could be stator ? Limp mode maybe ? Any codes ? Im sure they checked for codes ! Prob stator !
@brendaneckstein40823 жыл бұрын
@@DIGIT9 There were no codes! So yeah you're probably right, it's probably the stator. I'll let you know if that's the problem. Thank you so much. I love your videos.

Do you have a video on choke adjustments? My 98 Mach 1 700 triple isn’t running the best. The choke doesn’t feel right, I feel like it could be stuck opened? She’s runs and idles but she’s just lacking power. Ideally I’d just like to ship it to you and you give her a once over 🤣 but that isn’t happening.
