Jaew Olive sauce
Ingredients
1 cup dried roasted chili
1 bunch of cilantro
2 sticks of green onion
Salt to test
MSG to test
Fish sauce to test
3 jumbo olives
Instructions
On a foil wrap the olives and add in to the stove in a medium heat for 5 minutes and remove.
On a morta if you don’t have a morta you can used a bowl.
Add all the dried ingredients chili, olives, cilantro and green onions.
Mash all until smooth uniform paste, add the salt, msg, fish sauce and mix well.
And enjoy a delicious paste sauce
You can add more fish sauce or salt if you liked
