Punalur ghats journey is one of the best routes in the world. I loved it. The raptisagar toilet was filthy. I agree the staff is irresponsible and probably feels entitled. Look how they are relaxing. That is pathetic. No matter how much the IR develops if the staff and public is not cooperative then they cannot advance to the next level. People need to do their job and keep railways safe and clean. This includes even the passengers. It is filthy to begin with because of some inconsiderate passenger. I am sorry you had to endure that. Thanks for the vlog brother!
