I think your Itto might not be getting buffed by your gorough. itto's burst snapshot's buffs at the start of casting it and gorough's buff has a bit of delay until it actually takes affect, so it might be better to switch to itto and wait a sec (until u see gorough's buff's paw) and then use his burst, otherwise gorough's buff activates after itto's burst snapshots.

You probably can. While you can use VV both for Sucrose and Kazuha, Sucrose does have access to TTDS compared to Kazuha. I dont think there is an incorrect answer. Both should just fine
