@@patrickstar3861 rerun is when a character gets another banner after their release, like how Cyno had his first banner in 3.1 and now he's having a second banner which we call a rerun in 3.5, which is the next patch update. Hope this helps.

for completely f2p (assuming you're running in international), windblume ode is probably your best bet if you have it, if you don't then stringless, mouun's moon or blackcliff just for the stats can be good. If you're not using xiangling, then yeah probably just mouun's moon or blackcliff

Hyperinvstement is a lame excuse. Real statement should be that u need to overinvest into Eula. Which is the definition of a bad character.
