Baizhu’s dendro app is extremely slow and is limited to single target. Emilie’s dendro app is pretty similar to DMC. She has single target and AoE dendro app.

you can use emilie before furina since her skill lasts quite long. you can also just use her burst instead since it automatically spawns a case anyways

I only wish that she could gain scents with spead/aggravate at maybe like double or triple as slow as she does with burning. That way she'd be best in burning but would work even better in spread but much much slower to get to lvl 2

No, I don't think so. Chevreuse only needs Pyro and Electro teammates, and Chevreuse Pyro application is kinda bad
