the logic behind this Vishap will do a spinning attack when we are behind him, if we are still behind him then he will do another spinning attack, if we are still behind him he will use a spinning attack but it is still on Cooldown (has 2 charges) and he can only stay still until he waits for the Cooldown to finish or we move in front of him. Hoyo forgot to code it so that Geo Vishap faces backwards when we are behind him instead of just trying to use a spinning attack.
