i haven't tested this out but i think the way you activate your mavuika skill to start with the combo might be lowering your overall dps as it may have cleared some cryo from citlali which is why the cryo aura only lasted for 1-2 charged attack. based on my combos and other vids ive seen, they usually start with bennett skill instead to apply pyro for cinder city and i found i could do more melt CA

Both are good Citlali is better cause she can freeze But if u have a Pyro in other party it's better to use citlali with Pyro to do melt and then use zhongli with neuvillette

Got Mavuikaand she's already been benched. Massive regret. The character is a nightmare to play on mobile, moto completely unmanageable and obtrusive. Easily the worst Archon ever, I'm sticking with my old Pyro characters. Beyond a few bigger numbers (and the zipper), she brings nothing new to the table.
