Xiangling is serving 2 purposes here. 1. Pyro Resonance 2. Sub-DPS Damage Ideally for a "perfect" replacement you want to tick both boxes. But as of this moment you should probably pick one or the other. Mavuika will likely fill this role in that future, for for now the only characters that *kinda* tick both boxes are Xianyan and Deyha. I believe your next best options could be Yelan (Buff normal atks, sub-dps), Yae or Fishcl or Beidou (sub-dps), Mona (giga buff Ning's burst), or Rosaria (crit rate buff, sub-dps) Avoid Dendro, Geo, or Anemo. Because then that'll interfere with Xilo's buffing.

The set she is holding give 40% DMG bonus if the one who is using it is spending nightsoul point. There is only 2 character who can use the set xilonen and kachina so she is useful as a support.

Xianyun burst gives the whole team a heal similar to Jeans, PLUS enables any character to plunge and buffs plunges. In this case it's Navia who is doing the plunges. Not battle related but Xianyun is a BLAST to play in the overworld and for exploration too.
