It's not. Using Xianyun is just plunge, Dragonstrike is a specific tech.

depends on team and situation, usually yes, before your skill ends, but in this team not that important

Hello this is not video related but If u pair with Neuvi and Furina , does Neui get dmg boost or lost due to him not having max draconic stack?or does Furina's dmg boost outweigh his max draconic stack?

I think Neuvillette will lose personal damage from losing the potential third stack even with Furina's buff. However, Furina's personal damage will make up for it since she does close to or even exceed 1/3 of Neuvillette's damage in commonly used teams like Neuvillette-Furina-Kazuha-Zhongli/Baizhu. It overall ends up in Neuvillette's teams having higher dps over a full rotation.

pair them if you have C1 neuvilette but personally its not a big damage loss, furina fanfare stacks give him so much damage boost that even a C0 neuvilette can benefit from that.

It’s still more damage. You can get the extra stack depending on the enemy you face too. Furinas buff and personal damage completely outweigh the extra stack you’d get.

I think furina buff still competitive if u compare against draconic max stack. Advantage with furina : you will easier to swirl hydro, people didnt realize Neuvilete has weak hydro app unit and easily overidden by electro (fischl) or pyro (xiangling), if u choose swirl only hydro its damage lost for fischl/xiangling And you can still get the third draconic buff for reaction against enemies

I tested it and furina buff gives a little more than three stacks , but definitely play furina with him because of her high personal dmg
