For room 2 &3 (2nd half) Collei, Ororon for example would be quite good. Collei (because she is a bow character who helps you with the omen dragon, especially in the last room) and in room 2 she can break the shield relatively quickly if you play on burn/burgeon. and Ororon is also a bow character who helps you to bring down the omen dragon. besides, his Q and E are good for the shield in room 2. sry for my bad english :)

Hello I have a question, I won’t pull for Arlecchino c1 or signature, but is it really good and necessary? I don’t want to get a character and hear people saying she’s not in her full potential

So I don't think you need her weapon or c1. But if I did, I would rather opt for the C1 because you get more damage out of it. But it is also very strong and very playable without it! She'll carry you anyway. and don't listen to what others say. Play the way you want to! :)
