There is a music school called TAKASE MUSIC LABO in Akita, Japan. It seems to be run by a married couple, Chise and Koki Takase, who used to be in a band called City Connection. It is assumed that CHISSE and KOHKI TAKASE are the two authors of this song. Many of the songs on this album are composed by the local artists, but most of the songs composed by Kohki Takase are in the club music style. It appears that the source material was released before 2009, when the couple founded the school.
He has probably released two albums, but the details are completely unclear, as the school's website has the information that he has released two CDs on Club Dreamers, a community-sourced label. (takasemusicscho...)
